I see that as quite simple, especially finding that there is no LargeFont.FON.
They seem to feel that they can 'scale' from SmallFont to LargeFont (it even says 125% and is a .FON).
I see the same principle applying as applies to their new font enhancement for notebook screen - it doesn't matter what font at what size in this case, it really matters only that the PROPORTIONS are precise. They are not at this time.
When I choos to display my screen at 70% or 135% in Word I doubt that there are precise scalables for any zoom I choose, that that seems to work quite well.
Finally, *IF* a scalable font is the key, then they can adpot a scalable font for the screen (as opposed to smalle.FON) and scaling that.
I still think that this is one of those "little" things that takes away LARGELY from the "experience" of Mr/s average user and that it is in the best interest of MS to solve it for XP.
