Hi,
I wrote a Locking system program for cyber cafe & register at the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\....\RUN. The program lock the entire screen even the CloseProgramDialog (Ctrl+Alt+Del). If a client need to use a computer, it must first be activate by the server. B

But now the user is trying bypassing it but restarting the computer ... and during windows is loading, they press CloseProgramDialog(Ctrl+Alt+Del) to end task my program...

Is there any way i can disable the CloseProgram Dialog during window bootup or maybe delete the .EXE file which run this CloseProgram Dialog ??
