I wish I knew the answer to your dilemma here, but I don't, sorry. As mentioned, my first thought was a problem with the modal child form calling the parent form method. But if there actually is a bug regarding this I am not aware of it. Perhaps someone else can jump in or one of the MS guys who knows the answer here.
