I have tried several batch files and they all terminate just fine. I'm running on NT 4/SP6. If I could see you batch file, maybe I can tell what is goin wrong.
does your batch file run any other applications (EXE, COM, BAT) that might be getting hung up on. Sorry this isn;t much help
