I have an appilcation that I wrote in VFP. I need to convert it to somehting else. I think VB would be a good choice, but how can I get VB to access all my VFP Data files, how doe sthe indexing and sorting work. This is an old menu based application, I really need to spice it up with some VB GUI.

Are there any framework programs that will do most of the creation of the forms based on the DBF file struc.

I also would like to use RTF and incorporate gif/jpg and text on text realtime.

Any thoughts would be great.
