Have you tried creating a NetSetup on your machine, and installing it locally? I've had issues creating floppy disk installs in the past; you might find that a NetSetup or WebSetup installs OK, in which case, a work-around could be to deliver the app on CD or by download from the Web or shared from a network drive instead of on multiple floppies. I have not shipped an app on floppy disk under VFP6.
