In the VFP options menu, select the controls tab, select ActiveX controls, and click Add. Navigate to and select mshtml.dll in the SYstem directory. The WebBrowser control should now appear in your list of available ActiveX controls. Make sure it's checked in the options dialog.

After you drop it on your form, make sure you put a NODEFAULT in the Refresh event to get past the event name conflict between the control and the OLE Container.
