Thanks for the encouragement!

As for sticking with the "old standard", you could always make "REVERSE Hungarian Notation" the 'new standard'! You keep on doing the same thing, but you put it at the end, and after a underscore, instead of at the beginning.

The whole point is to
1) give one clearer code (much more readable)
2) get full value from all of the sorted lists in the VFP development environment, which are sorted FOR A PURPOSE and which Hungarian obviates totally.
