I have a copy of dB2k. I like the the two way IDE more than VFP's IDE. It I also like the pointers to methods that can be changed at run time which allows tremendous flexibility. I also like the complete OOP way of handling data etc. I am a little concerned that they use BDE and not a dedicated native database engine but I can access data from all kinds of sources without any affect on my code.

I still use VFP for many projects but plan to experiment with db2k on a small project. Another interesting product is WinDec from www.pcsoft.com

Thanks
Simon
