Hi So,

I think, we both meant the same toolbar at the top of the screen with first page, last page, previous, next, print and exit buttons. If yes and you supply Foxuser.dbf file, all you have to do is close this toolbar once previewing any report. Next time this toolbar should not appear (I hope). Also see Ko Wisse FAQ here about removing print button...
