This file was shipped only with VFP3. As far as I remember it is not installed by the standard installation (or you have a question at the begining of the install process).
I looked a lot in all book stores here in Montreal for books on Win32API. I'm very sorry to say that I couldn't find anything interesting. All I could find are just variations from what we can find in the help file with very, very little more information. Samples? Only for basic things, not for complicate issues. Almost all describe basic things. Almost all ignore completly important parts of Win32API. You may also look for Win32API help files shipped with different development tools from Symantec, Borland, etc. Some of them are more complete (!) than the one from MS. :)

Yup, if you install that help file in VFP3. :) In VFP5 this doesn't exist anymore.
