Your ISP will have to do this. I don't imagine they will allow you to connect to the SQL Server.

You have to understand that you are not going to run your own copy of SQL Server. This will likely be shared among all the clients on their servers. So you probably won't have any control to do the things you are asking - you will be at the mercy of their DBA.

You may want to look at a dedicated server/co-lo solution if you want/need this type of control.
