Through Word automation, you can use the AddPicture method of the Shapes collection for the active document.

>Thanks so much for the code. Now that I can extract the BMPs into files, how can I merge them into a word document? For example, let's say I have a table with 2 fields - name & picture. I want to print a list via Word of everyone's name and picture.
