I like to pass XML in a URL in parameter for an .asp page.
Ex: www.myserver.com/xml_trx.asp?xml="<~?xml version='1.0' ?> ..."
the "~" is use in this message to show the xml.

It not working because of some tags in the XML.
How can I pass the XML in a URL?
