Absoulutely! Martial arts has helped me in so many ways. I got into it in my late twentys, and have been studying for nearly ten years. I wish I had gotten into it when I was really young. Nowadays, kids need that sort of discipline and confidence to make it in today's world. It keeps them out of trouble, and helps them develop strong character.
