I have a VFP6 project from which I create an EXE, typically with the following code:

BUILD EXE myexe FROM myproj RECOMPILE

I have also used the Build option from the Project Manager, choosing "Build Executable" and "Recompile All Files". I have noticed that each time I rebuild the EXE, it seems to grow in size regardless of whether I have made any changes or not. For example, just in my work today to get a new release ready to send out (several rebuilds), the EXE started at 1.6MB and is now up to 2MB+. If I don't choose the RECOMPILE option, the EXE size seems to stay the same when I don't make changes to anything. It seems to be adding somewhere around 70K each time I rebuild/recompile, again, without making any changes other than rerunning the BUILD EXE.

Does this seem normal? Is there any way to keep this "bloating" from happening?
