George,

LOL - I suspected as much, but thought I'd ask just in case...

About all I can suggest beyond the SP would be to clean up the project and the classlib, and recompile the classlib from the command windw. Sometimes, classlibs get a "little funky" (for want of a better term) and a recompile seems to straighten them out.

OK, I've finally gotten to the bottom of this. It turns out that a co-worker of mine was also using the class libraries on his own development project, so when the RECOMPILE option was chosen, since exclusive use wasn't possible, I'm guessing that VFP couldn't pack the classlib files - hence the bloat. Suppose I'll have to come up with a good way to share the class libraries in the future. And I don't think I'll be using recompile option in the future...

Amazing how simple many problems seem once you get to the bottom of them. <g>

Thanks George and the others of you for your ideas and for being a sounding board.
