This is the format, the customer wants. Actually, this customer needs comma-delimited file, so the field length is not that important (e.g. it could be Numeric 5), but it has to be Numeric.

I think, Yuri gave the solution, which I'm going to use (I've just went to our server through PCAnywhere and implemented it). Gavin also gave the workable solution, so I'll keep this idea in mind for the next time.
