I'd be wary of letting it have an interface because there will be no one to interact with it. If Agent launches it, it's going to be running on the same server that SQL Server is running on.

Si if I understand it right what you are saying is that I already made the right conclusions.

But what do you mean with creating a service.
I don't have a clue where and how to start.
The only aim is to have the app have an auto restart, and it must be contralable from within one point.
We have about fifty branches with a least two PC's in the domain over there.

So I was looking for one central point for setting the autorestart time on all PC's.
