In the dialog box do I need to check "Install remote COM" which is located at the bottom of the dialog box?

>I don't think VFPCOM is an OCX, its a COM DLL. In the setup wizard get yourself to Step 2 and select the COM components checkbox. From the dialog box select the Add button and browse for the vfpcom.dll library.
