Hi Tamar,

Suppose you have two clients that are 150 mi from you. You have an agreement that when they want you on site, the minimum charge is a full day + mileage.

What a coincidence... both clients ask you to visit the same day, one requsted a morning meeting, on an afternoon meeting. What do you charge each client??

I make a case for each one paying the full mileage and the full day. They need not know about each other!! Of course you better hope the morning meeting does not spill over into the afternoon !!
