I have some forms that are using ODBC to get data from an AS400. Even though the remote views are opening without data the connection is slow. There is almost a minute between the time the user selects the form and the form actually appears . . . Is there a way to show the form while the data environment is loading, or should I put up some sort of loading message? If I use a message would I then destory it in the form's init? TIA.
