One of the scenario could be: In the main program you declare private variables which will represent 'details' on the form and will be used as field expression on the report. All those variables must have initial values before starting form.

The problem is that i dont know how to make a report which will help me to edit or add details at run time. If you could please let me know how to do it

I dont also mind a class file for printing a form but i also dont know more about class files & how to use them. I had
also downloaded Steve Ruhl's printing forms but i am not able to use it .

Please help me.
