One way that this can be achieved is if you scan the forms you need to use and place them on the reporft as OLE images. You can even cut the images up to use parts as the report header or footer and generate the detail with the controls from the report designer. You would then "drop" the textboxes on top of the image that would then pull data from a cursor you've built.
