Hello All,

I don't really do this full time so I can only say that the repo form to print prompt preview has worked for me for a long time. I don't always use it but in many cases it's helpful.

My initial problem was that we just got a new server, Windows 2000, and we started having issues with our Toshiba digital copier which is also a network printer.

Anyway, the getprinter() command seems to make it work, where before it only worked if the user had set the Toshiba as their default printer prior to running the report.

Thanks for the help, as always you guys stretch my knowledge (and I really need the stretching).

>>>Could someone please explain why the hell anyone would put TO PRINTER PREVIEW in the same REPORT FORM command? IMO, that is just plain nuts.

>>It sure seemed that way to me at first. If you make it TO PRINTER PREVIEW PROMPT, the user can then even choose number of copies at the time they decided to print.

>I understand that part. The problem is having both TO PRINTER and PREVIEW in the same command. I get an error whe I try this and PROMPT can only be used with TO PRINTER.
