Strangely the problem was these code lines...

oPDF = CREATEOBJECT( "CDINTF.CDINTF" )
oPDF.DriverInit( cPrinterName)

When I comment them out it works.. I just needed to release the oPDF object
and then recreate it each time I print.

It's very strange the is error only manifests on certain hardware!
