As a follow up to Barbara's comment if you specifically want to investigate the built in classes (and gallery) of VFP there is a section devoted to it in the book Advanced Object Oriented Programming with Visual FoxPro 6.0 by Markus Egger.

>I'm a new user to Visual FoxPro but not to Foxpro. I need some help working with the built in classes. What I want to do is use the built in find object and pull up a record from the table based on that search result. What I do not know how to do is to integrate the find result and the form. How can I modify the code for the find object in the wizbtns class so when the find click procedure is implemented it will fill the fields on the form. When I try to modify the class code from the class browser it does not save the changes. I know that I'm missing a very basic step here, any help would be greatly appreciated.
