Normally yes, because textbox is included in column container. Actually, when we don't see columns in grid (e.g. after dragging a table from DE to form designer), it doesn't mean that this grid will not have columns. It just means that columns are behind the scene, and not available yet in design mode (they will be available in run-time anyway).
