Sho-nuff! Wouldn't you characterize MS marketing efforts as aggressive for most of their products? Yet VFP efforts could be characterized as "uh, you wouldn't wanna buy some life insurance, would ya?"
I guess what I'm getting at is that while inclusion in TechEd et al is a no-brainer, I expect the tepid MS response to be "we offered those but nobody came." Right! No doubt. Let's all settle for that one -- and then next I suppose we'll hear something like "in light of your many doubts, misperceptions, questions, upgrade concerns and the large learning curve, we've decided to shelve our .NET efforts until such time as you come to understand and believe, of your own accord, that there is any value in .NET for your IT needs. Further more, you probably don't *really* need Whistler, sorry for bothering you."
