Did you copy the PJX down to the workstation or start with a clean one, which would assign a different COM ID than what is registered on the server? Or, maybe when compiling the project on the workstation, you checked the box to Regenerate Project ID's, which does the same thing.

You might want to copy the server's project table back down to the workstation and try again just to be sure.

Otherwise, it might be something in the way you're copying up to the server. Have you verified that the version you just compiled is actually getting up there?
