I am doing some initial testing with MSSQL Server 7.0 and using SQL passthrough statements in Foxpro. One of my initial concerns is the User Data Source. I went to control panel->data Sources(ODBC) (in Win2k it's control panel->Administrative Tools->Data Sources(ODBC)) and created a new User Data Source. This is the first parameter I pass to SQLConnect(...). Is there a way to create the User Data Source programmatically? Or another way connect to the SQL server? Installing that User Data Source on every client machine by hand is a bad scenario for us. Thanks in advance.
