It is possible that dialogue from previous threads could influence how a member of this forum could make such a statement. A few “leaders” (self proclaimed or by inference) have discussed his/her relationship with Microsoft and the influence and knowledge such an individual posses that others do not.
Somehow such dialogue tends to (in my mind) fragment our VFP community. Them and us. “Us”, the leaders knows where it is at and “them” are just a bunch of sheep.
Now, if we could just get our fellow Visual Basic developers to sign the “proposed” letter, we could have at least nine times more signatures than if we depended upon just the VFP community!
If nothing else Mike’s suggestion of a letter to Microsoft has given many of us reason to think about our position on this subject.
