Since you say multiple reports, we can assume it's not in the report unless the header portions were copied. You've said that you could not find anything when inspecting the .FRX itself. We have to assume you inspected the correct .FRX and not that the application uses some other copy of it.

Since you say it's several brands of printers, we should assume it's not the drivers. Re-installing printer drivers helps a lot, as well as changing to different versions of drivers.

You haven't said whether it's more than one machine. That helps identify the printer drivers issues also.

You haven't said whether you wanted blue or black and what happens on a non-color printer. ;-)

I guess that leaves only one possibility - are the aliens stealing the ether out of the ethernet cables? Have you remembered to pay your bribes on time?
