Anecdote: I was speaking to a potential new client a few days ago, and discovered that they are in the process of converting their VFP apps to Access (not even with SQL Server as a back end)!!. The app is not that small either. When I asked why, they said "It's now company policy for all departments to standardise with Access".

I'll think I'll contact them in a couple of weeks - they may need my services
