Hi nadya,
It is known that grids can switch workareas (when some columns are bound to a field in another workarea).
In my situation there is no grid involved. This case seems pretty weird.
Thanks anyways,
Walter,
>I had the similar situation just recently. I have a form with a grid. This form calls a program which contains these lines:
>
select someTable
> Report form MyReport to printer noconsole
>Each time I ran it, it gave me an error message: "Variable not found", though the field was indeed in a table. The form also have Grid.SetFocus() in its Activate method (and in some other places too). If I put browse just before Report command, it didn't give me an error. If I put Report form myReport Preview, it also doesn't give an error. We use Windows 95 here.
