I've been having a problem with not retaining drive mappings only on W2K professional. I have not been able to isolate to a particular senario but if I do and find an answer I will let you know.

Last week I brought this up at our users group (www.elzorro.org) meeting. Gail Brown suggested using the UNC name (\\ServerName\ShareName\...). I changed several shortcuts to this instead of the mapped drive letter and - so far so good. I haven't changed my programs yet, but it looks hopeful.
