I have a remote user who got problems, reinstalled the program and gets this error. (I don't know if it was the original error). After that fox gpf's.

We're using the fox 5 set up wizard to install.

I'm guessing that it's not resetting the path when it reinstalls so how do I check this? change this? and is this likely to be the problem?
