Have you tried Set("Printer",2)? Just to see if it causes the same problem.
As you are getting a problem asking for the default Foxpro Printer - it may be worth clearing your resource file down (I don't know if this stuff is stored in Foxuser but it's worth a try)
I suppose something else you could try is the Tag, Tag2 & Expr fields of the report, but they wouldn't account for the above problem.
