How many different pictures are you trying to display? I am assuming not many since you are trying to use an IIF in the picture setting.

Let's say you have 3 different images depending upon some property in your table. What you can do is add 3 different image controls to the column. Then use an IFF in the DynamicCurrentControl property of the column. IIF(IIF()) would be needed for 3 different image controls.
