A few things to check
- Make sure you are running the latest service pack, SP5. You'll need to deploy the new runtimes to each workstation.
- If you are using a resource file (FOXUSER.DBF), delete it.
- Make sure the temp files are going to the local drive. If they are, delete all the files in that directory.
