There are a number of KBase articles on Mismatched pushjmp/popjmp, but none that seem relevant. As a SWAG, I'd make sure that the OS files have the current patches applied, and try reinstalling the VFP runtime after updating the operating system files.

The only one that seems applicable would be if you are referencing a method in your ON ERROR code; this should affect more than just the single station, though, unless it's the only one triggering the error.
