The example proves the way the objects are referenced matter.
It was also my belief that it was a matter of convience and I
was very suprised when I found out the single-command call
raises an Eror 10, but not the double-command call.

I disagree. I believe this is a good example from which to
start because it clearly demonstrates there is a difference.
I don't care about which RPC Server is used or what RPC call
is made, or even if the call works as designed. My goal is
to understand why VFP does not consider the statement to be
equivalent.
