A quick search at google.com turned up an ODBC driver for Clarion at
http://www.topspeed.com/tsodbc.htm . However, the link appears to be dead (company out of business?) You may be able to obtain ODBC drivers for Clarion elsewhere.
With ODBC, you could create a remote view in VFP and link directly to the Clarion database.
Failing that, if you have Clarion, does it offer any sort of export feature?
