>>>I am referring to scheme as when you go to Display Settings, Appearance Tab, Windows Scheme. All my first pages of a pageframe and forms do not change color when the scheme is changed. The pageframes and forms are subclassed with ParentClass PageFrame or Form. I am confused about how to change the ColorSource of the ParentClass so that my pageframes and forms will adhere to the scheme.

You'll have to work your way up your class heirarchy. Probably within the class designer. I do believe there is a PEMSTATUS() that will let you determine if a property has been changed from it's inherited default. Yes, you use 0 as the attribute (3rd parameter) to PEMSTATUS(). Not sure what that returns if you have several levels of classes (like 5 levels) and say, a level 2 class property is changed.
