My client had a corrupted free table on her network drive. I browsed the table in VFP and at the bottom were about 50 records with all '|' in the fields. I copied the dbf, fpt, and cdx onto my C drive. When I browsed the table on my C drive the corrupted records were gone. Any thoughts about why copying the table and its' cdx, fpt would fix the corruption.
