We have an utility (based on GPLIB network library) that displays the list of network users that have a specified file. The list is dynamic, we can watch it, let's say for a .vcx, and see how users are aded or removed as they enter or exit different apps.
Developers (we are 3 in total) are in the same office space, when one of us has a .vcx it is not a problem to get him out.
In the end, it looks like the problem may be a splash screen form that runs before (and outside) the exe... I cannot test it now, but if is not what I think I'll repost.
