I know of a place in the UK which sells on Ex Rental high end Dell CAD workstations.
Dual Xeon Processors, 512Mb, SCSI etc.
But it'll probably cost you so much money in postage it won't be worth it!
They retail for at least £3000 and this place sells them for £700

I won't post the URL 'cause it feels like i'll be giving them free business! (and there won't be any left for me!)

But it might be worth looking for a similar places in the US?
