Thanks for the clarification. To me, I see a conflict in the NDA. What is in Beta 1 is certainly in Beta 2. Trying to figure out what can and can not be discussed can be tricky. I guess if you only have Beta 1 and are not participating in Beta 2, you should be safe. However, if you are just starting with Beta 2, you need to be sure if you discuss anything it is only features in Beta 1. Sheesh.
