If the people who have responded to this thread are still interested, they will read it without having it sent to their replies folder. The only need for CC is if you say something in a post that you really need a particular person to read, such as if you ask one person a question while replying to another. CCing everyone just because they haven't asked you not to is a good way to get yourself filtered.
