It's any way to make NT4 to show the file the way that was created?

I FTP a file from a FAT32 into NTFS all uppercase, but when i go to the windows explorer in NT4 appears proper:

EX : FAT32 = MYFILE.TXT ----> NTFS = Myfile.txt

I have troubles when I try to get that files back via FTP because the change.
